Grant is a 20-year veteran in commercial real estate, advising on over 20 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and multifamily commercial real estate in California throughout his career. Grant has expertise across all aspects of commercial real estate including occupancy, site feasibility, design, financial analysis, project financing, project management, lease-up to stabilization and disposition. Grant has significant experience negotiating complex leases, operating agreements, and sale contracts.

Grant started his career at CBRE where he was awarded Rookie of the Year as the top first-year producer by advisory volume. Grant was recognized as Tomorrow’s Leaders by Real Estate Forum, 2015 for advisory volume totaling 3.8M SF while at LA Realty Partners. Grant has represented the largest property owners and tenants in Los Angeles. Key transactions: ground-up development of 20-building 400,000 SF industrial distribution center, 6-acre land disposition in Santa Monica for multifamily development, lease stabilization of 1.1M SF Santa Monica Business Park, lease stabilization of 1.3M SF Howard Hughes Center and disposition to Hines for $513m, reposition to creative office and lease up of Spruce Goose Hanger in Playa Vista to Google, warehouse conversion to showroom and creative office for Tesla in Marina del Rey, lease stabilization of SONY Music Campus in Santa Monica, Verizon Media (multiple sites), Activision/Blizzard corporate HQ, Entravision corporate HQ, ISBX corporate HQ.

Grant most recently worked at Douglas Emmett where he was responsible for leasing the Beverly Hills portfolio comprising 2M SF of office, medical and retail space, throughout 11 different commercial properties.

Grant was a Division 1 football student-athlete at St Mary’s College where he was consistently on the Dean’s List and graduated from the Honors Finance program.
